Provisional Basic Law

Preambular paragraph (approved by Provisional Government 19/01/07)

We, the people of the Virtual Nation, seek to coexist in peace and in justice on a basis of absolute equality between all citizens of the Nation and in bypassing all political systems of different trends and colors. Webelieve that the dream of humanity can be transformed to reality, through humane interaction, unencumbered by material considerations and based on compassion, reciprocity and solidarity towards complementarity.
